Update: Got a call from the President of the company expressing their apology for the way the order went. The communication means a lot and it sounds like steps have been taken internally to automate the process and avoid future occurrences! We had a very unfortunate experience last time we ordered an adhesive backed stock. The online ordering process didn't give a shipping method or expected date of arrival, however, we anticipated a few days max to receive the paper given the company has "next day paper" in the name. After the order was placed we requested tracking and didn't receive any, we followed up 4 days later with another request for tracking and still didn't receive a tracking number.
