Generally have to wait over 30-45 minutes to be seen. He is very quick, Almost a little to quick in my opinion. If you come here have a sitter for your children because you’ll be waiting for a while. Facility is clean and they do have a small toy section for kids and a secluded part near the toys for infants and breast feeding moms.
Dr Tommy is one of the best doctor I have known.
Dr. Tommy Randolph has been my MD for the past 20 years. After I had an accident that left me paralyzed from the neck down, He did research and consulted with specialists so that he could continue to help me to the best of his ability. I fully recommend Randolph Medical for anyone seeking a dedicated general MD.
The Doctor are good, their office staff however are completely incompetent of the most simple task. Called stating they received a reimbursement from insurance for a previous paid visit. Almost two months later they have yet to write a check, and have gone back and forth on the status of the check 4 times. Now to find out the amount of reimbursement was not correct from what we paid or what we were told they received and they are sending funds back to the insurance company!
