Never had an issue here. Wait times vary depending on condition. If you can't wait, go to an ER. I don't recommend ARMC as they tried to kill me twice. However, Michelle and Hamrick have helped me and my family. We have been going here since 2012. Ellen is a walking angel. The labcorp phlebotomists are amazing. Anyone that understands the growth of Liberty and all 3 counties surrounding it, understands the wait times. Go to Mainstreet Urgent Care and get less care and longer wait times.
I hear nothing from them that they will be stopping by antidepressant subscription, the pharmacy had to call me and tell me that it was not going to be refilled and at that point I was out of them. I call the office to ask why and they say it's because they "need to see me again". I try to book an appointment and they tell me it would be 9 days until they can see me, when I ask if there's anything sooner because I am completely out they tell me "actually we can't see you till the 29th" (which is 18 days away). I don't know why people have problems with this place. I have been going here for 2 years and I have never had a problem since having to switch my doctor to one here. The staff and my doctor listen and I always never have a problem. They are always nice and polite as well as I am with them. Update: Now it seems that getting certain medications instead of them being sent in like they were. I feel I have to chase them around like a little dog in order to get them to send in a refill. If I could give a 6 star review id be more then happy to do so, such a great place for health care! I had my first visit 3 months ago with Mr.waddell and I can't wait to see him again this month! great office staff and Dan is a great caring health care provider. I highly highly recommend this office for your health care needs.
