When my previous insurance company gave me repair ultimatums on a property I was planning to sell, Ben Killian was respectful, easy to communicate with, and helped me find a policy that fit my short-term needs without any pressure. When I sold the property, the office promptly terminated the policy and sent me a check. The smooth start-to-finish process was a huge advantage and I see myself getting quotes in the future.
