When my previous insurance company gave me repair ultimatums on a property I was planning to sell, Ben Killian was respectful, easy to communicate with, and helped me find a policy that fit my short-term needs without any pressure. When I sold the property, the office promptly terminated the policy and sent me a check. The smooth start-to-finish process was a huge advantage and I see myself getting quotes in the future. Highly recommend!

Recently I experienced a fire at my home, and it was an incredibly stressful time. I’m so grateful for the outstanding support I received from my Allstate agent’s Goss Randolph especially from Tiffany St. John , the office manager. She was compassionate, and extremely helpful every step of the way. She made sure I understood the process. In such a difficult moment, having someone like Tiffany on my side made all the difference. I highly recommend this office.
