I've been seeing Dr. Randolph since he's been in practice. He is an excellent diagnostician and has caught a few issues much earlier than usual. Dr. Randolph has very good communication skills and knowledge. I had to move a few years back and I continue to drive 2 hours to come see him. If I can fight off a virus without medication, he will tell me. I am very thankful for his expertise.
I've been a patient here for over a year and I have had nothing but good experiences. At times, yes the front office staff are hurried, but they don't make me feel as if I'm bothering them, and I contribute it to a busy office. I have never had to wait a long time after my appointment to be seen. Dr. Randolph is always very thorough and supportive of my choices regarding my health. They previously deleted all the reviews here so I'm reposting a less detailed version. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially since they straight up deleted everyone's reviews. I left each of my 3 appointments feeling unsatisfied and very upset. They consistently ran behind on their appointments and I felt as though they were trying to rush me out and couldn't care less about me.
