highly recommend him to anyone looking to get braces! Dr. Alexander was the first ortho I consulted with and after my consultation, I decided to go with him and canceled my other consultation. I have been going to Dr. Alexander, at his Carmel Valley office, since October 2010 and am very pleased with my treatment. The office staff is professional and very nice. Thanks for the great new smile." Both of my daughters (ages 9 & 11) are under Dr. Alexander's care and we have had a great experience! He is up to date on the newest technology which has allowed for quick results for both of my daughters teeth/jaw alignment..transformations in process! His staff are friendly and we always get right in at our appointment time. I just got my braces on today and I love them. I just got my braces on today and I love them. I did not really want braces because I am 21 but they look great. I cant even tell that they are on. Dr. Alexander and his staff are very friendly and showed me how to take care of my braces and answered all of my question. When I went in to the office I was nervous I would be the only adult in the chair, but I was not. Thanks everyone for making this a good experience for me

Got to go see them in Lajolla and 12395 Elcamino real DR. RANDOLPH was great and the staff is very friendly. DR. RANDOLPH was thorough and completed my treatment in record time. Highly Recommend for adult Orthodontics.

Family Orthodontist I have been seeing Dr. Alexander for about 3 months for my treatment, however my family has been seeing Dr. Alexander for 5 years. He first saw my daughter when she was 7 and did what is call a Phase one on her she had an open bite and could not bite in to anything after just a few months she was able to close and bite down. The first thing she bit was an apple she was very excited ( Thank you Dr. Alexander) My wife was so impressed that she decided to do Invisalign with Dr. Alexander. Now I am in braces ... read more
