After waiting on the dealer we bought our generac generator from for 9 months and them telling us they didn't know what the problem was and that they were going to have to pick up our generator to take back to their shop. We were put in touch with Max, he gave us a day he would arrive, came that day and had it running in no time at all. Very, very well pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

After trying what we knew to check for our electrical issue we knew it was time to call a professional. They were quick to get out to the house and start figuring out the problem. After changing a couple outlets, and rewiring a GFI outlet all was well. I like that I was able to pay online if I wanted. They gave me great information to help avoid future electrical issues. Overall great experience and will use them again in the future!
