when you call a customer back don't hang up without leaving a message. that is very unprofessional.
Bought a garage door from and had it installed by your guys a year ago. in the past 12 months we've had to call you for problems on the door several times. 2 for it actually breaking down, bolt comes off. you guys seem to have no urgency about you when we call. for one if I wanted to be manually opening my garage door we wouldn't have bought an opener.
