Went to Randolph dental January 21st at 8:00 a.m. to get fitted for a crown. I have United Healthcare as my insurance. Randolph dental was in network and they also confirmed that before my rival. I sat in the chair, got my x-rays and was told that United Healthcare would only pay half of the $1,300 cost of the crown. I already knew what my annual benefit through United Healthcare was and that it would pay the entire amount. They told me at Randolph dental, they would have to get pre-authorization. Best dentist around. Everyone is very friendly
I am very impressed with this dentist. Dr Kirk and staff made my visit easy and pain free. Very clean and modern inside and the entire staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend!!
Dr. Randolph is a very good dentist. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a nice waiting area, and the check-in is a breeze. They have great services like exams and cleanings and sealing. My whole family goes here, and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great dental experience.
