UPDATE: I wanted to update my previous review after my experience following my original appointment. Dr. Randolph personally reached out to me after hearing about my experience and was able to get me scheduled for an appointment the very next day. I was in and out extremely quickly, and he was very understanding of my concerns. He genuinely appreciated the feedback I provided about my previous experience and made sure everything was taken care of.
