Worst patient care I've witnessed. Being a retired ff/emt with a license going back to 1985 I was shocked at the lack of skill, empathy, preparedness and overall pathetic skills. No cervical spine immobilization, no backboard, no checking of a distal pulse or head injury. He fell from 11ft and landed on concrete on left side fracturing left hip, required surgery to insert nails, head injury with severe hematoma, plus bilateral injury to arms.
