We hired him to do a medical malpractice lawsuit and in our initial consult we were told it would be pro bono. He would not contact us unless we continued him. He constantly ignored us concerning our case. When we finally contacted him after 4-5 months of ignoring us he informed us we didn’t have a winnable case and handed us a bill for his service.
