Dr. Horn is definitely an expert on spinal disorders and treatments. I have had surgery on my cervical and lumbar spine areas due to degenerative disc disease and I do not know what I would have done without him. He has been my neurosurgeon for many years now and will continue to be. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurosurgeon. Linda Adelman

Dr Baker is probably a very good Dr. But his staff act as if they could care less about you. They constantly forget to make referrals and then lie about it when confronted. If you are considering a Neurologist in the Savannah are keep this in mind
