I came to the reviews angry, but honestly, I felt a little better seeing I wasn’t the only one who got this treatment. Zero stars would be generous. A representative—who sounded like Barry White moonlighting as a telemarketer—tried to trick our front desk volunteer. When I addressed the situation directly, she hung up on me. Highly unethical practices used by this attorneys. Avoid like the plague. Get everything they say in writing. They will tell u one thing and then do another. They will make verbal agreements with u then break them and act like they didn’t have a conversation with u. Good thing it was recorded!!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would Edit: they reached back out to me and reversed the decision therefore I’ll bump up to 3 instead of 1. Even though it should have never happened in the first place.
