No communication and took my money out of my bank account and terrible law firm
I’ve now called twice a month apart trying to understand an issue and had a HORRIBLE experience both times. I have spoken to two different women, both of which are eager to cut you off, proclaim their ignorance of a process, then hang up. This is extremely bizarre to say the least and doesn’t show even an ounce of the knowledge or professionalism you’d expect a firm to have.
Whoever the lady is that answers their phones needs to be fired. No customer service skills, cutting you off as you’re speaking. Very rude tone!!!
I came to the reviews angry, but honestly, I felt a little better seeing I wasn’t the only one who got this treatment. Zero stars would be generous. A representative—who sounded like Barry White moonlighting as a telemarketer—tried to trick our front desk volunteer. When I addressed the situation directly, she hung up on me. If this is how a “reputable company” operates, I’d hate to see what shady looks like. Honesty clearly isn’t the standard here.
