I have lived here since 2019 and absolutely love it. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood, the property is very well managed and maintained, and the apartments are really nice. Sometimes they host little community events like music nights or game nights, I think that is really cool that there are opportunities to meet your neighbors. It is also in such a great location- you can walk to the Centennial trail, it is 5 minute drive to Shadle Safeway but also 5 minutes from Downtown.
This Is for the tenants that live at Randolph arms. STOP PARKING IN MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!!!!!! Idk hoe many time I've had t9 honk my horn now! If this persists I will be contacting Sheila! I live on the Mukogawa Campus and this has become ridiculous!
