Receptionist called to confirm my appointment, I called back 3 hours later because I was working and was told ‘well you should’ve called us back sooner.’ Very out of touch and disappointing. She didn’t even ask me to reschedule. Was just rude. I told her I was at work and called when I could. This is why people don’t go to the dentist anymore.
Dr. Randolph has been my dentist for many years and he is one of Bloomington's best!

Dr. Randolph is amazing! 2 crowns and an implant. This guy and his team are amazing and they make sure that you are comfortable the entire process.
