Update.. The old woman that works at the Billing department at Randolph Dental refuse to give me my refund after I was telling her I wasn't in their network & before they saw me anyway & billed.. After giving them $200.00. I told her I will see her & them in court. They thought I was selling wolf tickets.. Filed a motion at Bloomington Court House .
