The veterinarian here is very polite and doesn't push his own interests on to you. Like others have mentioned on here, the front desk person would be better suited as a telemarketer. She lacks professionalism. Tacking down extra services (if you aren't paying the bill then don't dictate which services ought to be rendered) and not informing customers on unexpected expenses (another physical exam despite one being conducted less than a year ago) that come with a rabies shot. Great experience everytime I visit with my dogs. They are always very friendly, fast and patient with my pets. I appreciate their patience, prices and customer service. 10/10 recommend for your pets!

When they answer the phone and you are able to make an appointment they are fine. Problem is they rarely answer the phone during the hours they do say they are open.

Super friendly! Super helpful! Very knowledgeable! Able to answer my questions and gave me their limitations up front based on their capabilities and their mission. Thank you to their team and wonderful staff!
