Great work and customer service. Marc walked me through the diagnosis of the problem and then proceeded to fix the problem. I will most definitely call Randle’s heating and air for any future problems! I highly recommend him for anyone looking for reliable A/C and heating service for all your needs!
Great customer service! We had a mini split unit installed and we are very pleased. Marc made sure it was properly installed and made it look neat on the exterior wall. He even took the time to show us how to operate the system. We plan to hire him for annual maintenance on our home and rentals.

We came home to a HOT house in the middle of a nasty heat wave. I called Marc Randle and he showed up within the hour and got to work diagnosing the issue. Someone with less experience might have suggested a more complex fix, but he was able to determine that the control board was malfunctioning. A short while later, he had our AC back running! He was very quick to answer any and all questions we had and his work speaks for itself. I recommend his work to all of my real estate clients as well as family & friends.
