Scheduled for a right hip replacement done within an hour I was scheduled for. Staff was awesome took care of you made sure was informed about everything. All went well after the medication wore off and the first day of therapy was killer pain. Low dose of oxycodone was enough only make me drowsy not enough to help alleviate the pain. Thank goodness I had extra strength Tylenol on hand to relieve the pain but not the soreness. What an awesome orthopedic surgeon. He is very friendly personable, explains all options when you meet him. It’s like you’ve known him for years that you know little about him. Great bedside manner.
Today was first appt. with Dr. Ramsey. I was taken back 20 min. after my appt time, which is pretty good considering I had a later afternoon appt. His MA was professional, listened, took good notes and was very personable. After XRays the wait to see Dr. Ramsey was 10 min. or less. He showed me the images and explained my issues well, listened to my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all.
