Umeh is impatient, insensitive, has a temper and is cruel when performing medical procedures. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I cannot recommend this office based on the front desk experience alone. Despite multiple confirmations from TRICARE that my insurance was properly updated to West, the office’s system continued to show me under East. I spent nearly two hours on the phone going back and forth between TRICARE and the office, confirming repeatedly that everything was correct on TRICARE’s end. I’m a first time mom and dr Umeh delivered my baby, all the staff at the clinic is super nice, Dr Umeh made me feel comfortable with all my questions, concerns and his attention is really really good, I was planning on a vaginal delivery but had to have a c-section because my baby wasn’t able to descend because of his position, I was pretty nervous about getting a c-section due to all the horror stories I’ve heard before, but not only the operation went smoothly, my recovery has been great, Dr Umeh did a such a good job I ca... read more
After my obgyn retired I had to look for a new doctor for my 2nd pregnancy and I’m so glad I went with Dr. Umeh! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. The appointments never felt rushed and always took the time to answer any questions I had. I Definitely recommend Dr. Umeh to anyone looking for a new ob.
