Great professional service
Unfortunately, I have to give one star. This is not personal to Randi Leonetti, but to the fact that the practice it at Evergreen hospital. If you visit her you will pay your regular co-pay and the hospital will charge you a 250.00 hospital fee, since her office is at Evergreen. Its a bummer, but I won't go back because of the additional fees.
