Was treated very professional by all the staff. Small wait and answered all my questions. Excellent service. 5 star all the way
The main purpose to have a Dr is for when we are sick. I get it, covid caused many protocols to change. I really hate that when I'm sick I have to test first at a totally different clinic. Why can't Dr Randall's office test me outside. Either way my throat was hurting so bad sunday. I could have gone to a clinic or the ER but I decided to wait for MY doctor. I call them about 8 am Monday. Operator on the phone says I have to get tested first. I go to the place they sent me at 8:45. I tested positive for strep and negative fo... read more
Absolute worst doctors office. My wife has been there now a few times, been seen for a few different reasons now and each time they have told her they will call back the next day and go over her results. A few days go by and still not a call. She then decides to call and check on her results and one lady says we haven’t called because we don’t have the results then the other lady tells her that if they have not called, then your results are “normal” and you are fine.
