Had our free one year checkup on our new A/C and furnace yesterday. There are not enough praise words to explain how we were impressed a year ago on the sale and installation of both. Install techs were amazing and the checkup tech was just as amazing. Received 12 pages of checks performed. Addison the tech is a 5 star employee as were the install crew. Randazzo Heating and cooling is an example for all other companies to duplicate in outstanding service and employee contacts. Just an amazing company!
I scheduled a service call with Randazzo on Friday. They put me on the schedule for Saturday from 8 to 11 AM. At 7:30 AM, I received a text from them with a map showing where he was and how long it would take him to arrive. Also, a picture of the Service Tech that would be coming. Earl was polite, and knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. I have an older furnace and was worried about a cracked heat exchanger.
