My family and I have been coming here for the past few years. Wonderful owner with affordable prices. I have had breaks & rotors replaced, tires replaced, oil changes, inspections and am always pleased with the work. Great place to bring your vehicle.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and specifically asked the technician to confirm that the oil filter had been replaced. I was assured that it had been. However, after servicing my vehicle myself, I discovered that the original filter was still in place, indicating it was never changed as claimed. I brought my car to Randazzo to get some serpentine belt pulley investigated and replaced, because it was squealing, and also some other work. This place did not hook my pulley back up. Did they even replace the pulley that they charged me a thousand dollars for? And they changed my oil without asking me, charged me for it, and didn't tell me about it until after I paid. I changed the oil two days before I brought it to the shop. They replaced with a worse filter and lower quality oil. AND it took a month. Absolutely ridicul... read more
