This is the most capable most honest shop around. I’ve been dealing with them for 25 years. They’re the only people I trust 100%.
I was on the road and realized I was overdue for an oil change and wanted one before I drove another 1500 miles. They made room for me first thing on a Monday morning. I always use Technet to find an auto shop and these guys did not disappoint. I had hit the guy at the counter before his coffee had kicked in, but he was still super-helpful. The service guy (maybe the owner?) was super helpful and did quick work and gave me extra information. If I lived here, these would be my regular guys!
Kerrville area peeps. I just have to brag on Randal’s Automotive. When was the last time you had a vehicle repair and the total came in LOWER than the estimate? I started going there because they were convenient. I will continue to go there because of the integrity they’ve shown time and time again.

What an awesome experience I had at this location! I showed up unannounced for a front end alignment. Apparently there were a few appointments ahead of me, but they were late, and I was there. Mr. Randal got my truck on the lift and took care of it! Not only that, he took time to sit with me and conversate while his mechanic was working on my truck! It's the little things that stick with you through the years. Thank you Mr. Randal!! I'll never forget!!
