Brand new customer here, I transferred a prescription from another pharmacy and have been waiting for it to be ready. Its been almost a week so I called them and immediately I was put on hold. In fact, every time they answer the phone they ask you to hold. Then they said the prescription has been ready for pickup for a few days. Why was I not sent any kind of notification or call that it is ready to be picked up? I have been waiting and if I didn't call, I would still be waiting. This is poor customer care. I scheduled my bloodwork to be drawn at this pharmacy. I forgot my orders and a staff member laughed at me. I have a hearing deficiency and I couldn’t understand what the staff member was saying since she was wearing a mask. I had to constantly ask her to repeat what she was saying and this angered the staff member. Every staff member I encountered was rude and lacked patience needed to be in the medical field. I Will Never get any immunizations or blood work from them again.
