Brand new customer here, I transferred a prescription from another pharmacy and have been waiting for it to be ready. Its been almost a week so I called them and immediately I was put on hold. In fact, every time they answer the phone they ask you to hold. Then they said the prescription has been ready for pickup for a few days. Why was I not sent any kind of notification or call that it is ready to be picked up? I have been waiting and if I didn't call, I would still be waiting. This is poor customer care.
