Brian and Ben are absolutely fantastic! I've been using Randalls/Marina Bay for years and have stayed with them even though it's cheaper to use Walgreens with my insurance. The customer service from both of these Pharmacist is second to none. I am greatly impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and how helpful they are. They always go above and beyond to assist, and also take the time to answer questions. Ben and Brian are the best! I continue to use this pharmacy year after year and bypass the drive thru convenience of other area pharmacies, just because of their customer service, personal connection and expertise. They are the very best!
I've been coming to this pharmacy for 2 years (since Feb 2023) and have had great experiences with each pharmacist and technician I've encountered. For my insurance plan, Randall's is tied for best prices. The incentives for every 5 refills are pretty good as well. Plus, it gives me a good excuse to run errands in League City every month or so. :D
