Called and there was a option in the first menu to talk to a person. No AI chatbot shenanigans. The person was very helpful and knew exactly how to navigate the paperwork problems I was experiencing.
Amazing knowing what stock you have without checking regarding multiple medications. Seems like low effort/get me to hang up attitude. Won’t be calling back, they got what they wanted. Reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one. Does this pharmacy just refuse to check?
Not crowded. They do a good job of refilling prescriptions on time and texting you when ready. Very proactive. Ample parking.
