I'm switching to the League City location because of the counter help. Particularly that Bushwick Bill troll looking dude that asserted that my posted Rx price was the "suggested retail price"! I wanted to switch to Randall’s since I shop there for groceries, and it’s closer to my house. Today, I went to pick up my medication (I had tried yesterday, but they closed early), and the staff was extremely rude and condescending. I was there to pick up my birth control, but they gave me the wrong medication. Three male employees were incredibly dismissive, insisting that my medication “isn’t made anymore” (which is false) and questioning whether I was sure—like I haven’t been taking it since I was a teenager! So grateful to the pharmacy staff for quickly filling my prescription before I boarded my cruise. I lost my medication somewhere in the shuffle of leaving our hotel and taking an Uber to the port. After calling about 5 other pharmacies nearby, Randall's, in under an hour, was able to work with my pharmacy back in VA, and get me the meds I needed before we set sail. Amazing customer service!
