I received flowers from one of your florist's. My daughter sent me a floral design in a vase. Afternot being delivered until after mother's day, It was a dead bouquet tied with a bow of dried straw. Your people lied to my daughter and myself about delivery of the flowers. My daughter paid for delivery and was told it would be delivered on sat. or mother's day.
