Fabulous work. Friendly staff
They were rude on the phone when I called to confirm if our car was there in the lot and then stated “we don’t have that car” when it was visible from the parking lot. Didn’t seem to care to help. They seem kind of like a shady business….
They are refusing to let us retrieve our personal items until we pay a towing fee which i found is illegal to hold personal property for a fee in the state of utah. This is the last thing we need after nearly escaping with our lives when our car went up into flames. I am contacting the police to determine legality.
