Stay away from this company! I gave Tim, the owner a deposit for an awning for my deck a 1yr.and1/2 ago. He kept putting me off, telling me the installation would be soon. He finally stopped taking my calls. I had to take him to small claims court. He never showed up! I was awarded the judgment. He owes me $2,300. I also found out that he has at least 2 other judgments against him.

Honestly the worst experience, been trying for almost 4 months to get my awning back, not even installed at this point. He showed up in announced a few weeks ago to see if I still wanted my awning, obviously! He didn’t have it with him, but promised he’d be there that weekend, almost 4 weeks later and countless voicemails, no awning!! I’d give him zero stars if allowed!!

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I've had with this awning company. They have our awning in storage and despite numerous attempts to reach out, they refuse to take our calls or communicate with us in any way. Please look elsewhere for an awning and save yourself the frustration of working with this company.
