I would give this place zero stars if I could. I gave them a call on monday morning 8/25/25 and a guy answered the phone I asked him how much it would cost for a transmission fluid service. He seemed friendly at first then he took down my name and vehicle year, make and model then he said can I call you back it will only be like 10 or 20 minutes. I ofcourse said sure to be nice and that's the last I heard from them. They never bothered to even call me back! This is very unprofessional and I'm not impressed.
We were traveling when my engine overheated. Randall’s was able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Wished I lived here, they would be my regular mechanic! Thanks guys!
I love bringing my car here. So much so that I forfeited the warranty that came with my car. They are so kind. And they are thorough. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.
Went in the morning to diagnose my car for ease of mind and Lyle gave my service and explained the issue and concerns quickly
Very nice mechanics. Did a great job. Drove me home after dropping off my car and picked me up to go get it after it was fixed. Yes! A big YES! That is all I can say about the automotive business. Definitely will have them fix my car again.
