Honest, professional and genuine people.
Randall's is like an old fashioned family doctor but for cars. When my daughter's car reached the point of no return they helped her make a tough decision. Then they helped me find a different car so I could sell mine to her. Best of all, the dealer knocked 2K off their asking price when I showed them Randall's pre purchase inspection. We've been taking our cars to Randall's for over a decade and will continue doing so!
Runs so much worse and unknowingly dropped a part in intake then started engine! We took in an old classic they said we needed a new carburetor. Ok. They then dropped "something small" in the intake then started car resulting in damage needing new pistons and cylinder bored. They paid for 1 but we had to pay extra for the rest to be done to ensure they were all done and equal (first red flag). Wanna give a huge shout out and thanks to Randalls automotive. Professional, honest, and takes the time to tell talk to you about what may have caused issues. Looked deeper into the problem instead of slapping a band aid on it. I will definitely be back.
