Quality work and a helpful friendly staff
Same thing happened to me, stopped there to get an estimate, was told appt. ONLY! I asked if someone could just look at it, since I drove all that way. She didn't even check to see if the guy could squeeze me in, as it would've been really quick to take pics, then email an estimate. Didn't "look" busy to me. She was nice, so was I, but I did leave feeling like a waste of extra miles and gas to get there. I've never had to make an appt. anywhere for an estimate, never!
No thanks I drove over 20 minutes during your normal business hours to get an estimate from this company. I was told by a lady in the office that you have to schedule appointments for estimates now and that she had nothing available today just for an estimate. How stupid! I guarantee you will lose business this way. You could have took pictures you could have got my information call me back email me something nothing was offered.
