His PA is incredible. Office staff is absolutely horrendous. They take forever to get back to you. Never answer the phone and it’s like trying to get a hold of the White House just to talk to somebody. Not to add that they are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Saw Dr. Wright, and he recommended testing. His staff would not follow up with the referrals that their own doctor requested. Most of the time when I called, I had to leave voicemails, which were rarely returned. A staff member promised to send the referral and the notes within the hour, after I had already waited a week for him to do it. The next day I called the hospital, and they still had not received the referral. I started this process in January, now it's July, I nothing helpful has been done.
Truly one of the best doctors ever.
