He was very helpful and caring.
This doctor was assigned by my insurance as my primary care doc. The first time I called for appointment I was told there was a 3-week wait for a new appointment. Now, after having an accident that placed me in the hospital for 5 days and required a follow-up after release, I was again told the wait to see this doc would be three weeks. This office is obviously about business only; not patient care. If they are so busy, perhaps they should consider not taking new patients. Not impressed.
