We found Wade and the rest of the team were great to work with. They made my child feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire assessment process. Highly recommended.
During our session regarding my young child, the practitioner made wildly inappropriate and disturbing remarks, including applying adult sexual labels to a young child's behavior. The language used was completely out of line with pediatric development standards, highly unprofessional, and deeply upsetting to hear as a parent. I would strongly advise parents of young children to look elsewhere for care.
Dr. Symes is phenomenal and I highly recommend him. I’ve seen a lot of psychologists in my life and I must say he is the best one I’ve ever worked with. I had an ADHD assessment for my teenager daughter with Dr. Symes and not only am I so glad I finally took the step. I’m also super impressed with him, and so glad I chose him to do the assessment. My 7 year old daughter had an assessment with Dr Symes recently. The staff went above and beyond for my daughter (and accommodating me to be able to work when I was waiting for her). We were very happy with the process and the report that followed. We have already noticed huge differences in school and at home with this new knowledge. Thank you!!!
I was surprised to see such negative reviews. I guess it is a sensitive subject for most and I imaging even those with good experiences might not feel it good enough to give positive feedback based on the very nature of the service provided. We saw Dr. Symes for an assessment of our 8 year old this past year.
