I do not recommend dr Symes’ service - the assessment was extremely stressful for my child. Until today he is talking about this. Be careful where you book your appointment.
Had a great experience here. Very friendly staff throughout all interactions and the entire assessment process was straightforward and clearly explained, not to mention much faster than I'd anticipated — which was a great bonus!
I haven't seen anyone here, mainly due to an immediate condescending and intentionally unhelpful reception. I wouldn't trust a business in this industry with staff this insensitive, and certainly not with children.
Randall Symes and assoc is an excellent choice when searching for learning assessments. As being a post secondary student I can accurately say that the experience was very intuitive, staff were very receptive and process administered was accurate while being pleasantly swift. Most importantly specialists were able to adjust to my unique needs and ensure my educational success. Through the appointment interactions, I could clearly see how a child/family going through the process would be at ease with their professionalism.
