My 7 year old daughter had an assessment with Dr Symes recently. The staff went above and beyond for my daughter (and accommodating me to be able to work when I was waiting for her). We were very happy with the process and the report that followed. We have already noticed huge differences in school and at home with this new knowledge. Thank you!!!
I was surprised to see such negative reviews. I guess it is a sensitive subject for most and I imaging even those with good experiences might not feel it good enough to give positive feedback based on the very nature of the service provided. We saw Dr. Symes for an assessment of our 8 year old this past year. The assessment results were alarming and a little scary, Dr. Symes was great at explaining what was likely keeping our son from thriving and gave great recommendations.
