Dr Ruffner is absolutely wonderful. He and his staff did a thorough exam and explained everything as they went along. A week later I had some whistling in my ear late at night. I sent him a message with a video of the sound and his staff called me first thing in the morning. Their prompt response put my mind at ease. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ruffner and his staff.
Dr. Ruffner is a phenomenal doctor. Honestly, one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I had to go in for episodes of vertigo and he made me feel validated about my concerns. He explained everything thoroughly and answered questions about the new medicine he was starting me on. I brought a small amount of medical records with me from another ENT visit and he sat down with me and went through them instead of dismissing me or rushing the appointment.
