I want to share a little bit about my history of desperation to buy a house. I decided to get a house owner-financed. Two years later the owner decided that they didn't want to sell the house and take the house away from me after all payments were made and down payment was given to them. This guy ripped me off and took down my review of him. He is a scammer and crook. He was grossly negligent and made no effort to prosecute my case. Perrier resorted to yelling and screaming at me on the phone in an effort to make me do the wrong thing in court. He disobeyed Judge Medina and never scheduled a Mediation. He was in Contempt of Court. Next, he never requested any documents, never did a deposition of the defendant and was a total goof off.
From the initial consultation, I knew Randall Perrier and his team were the firm for me. Mr. Perrier heard me. He listened and accurately reflected back my concerns. His expertise was invaluable. Resolution could not have happened with out him. He kept me updated at every step. I highly recommend Randall Perrier and his team. Five of five stars.
Mr. Perrier's office was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I spoke with several attorneys and Mr. Perrier was very articulate and always easy to get on the phone.
