If I could give a negative I would. Arvest hired these predatory lawyers to capitalize on my brother's death and so far have proven incompetent. They've asked for $1755 dollars to draft a letter that doesn't actually have fully realized instructions on how to handle the account. Fast forward to the phone call I have with the office and she tells me opposite information than what was emailed to me.
