We cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Radcliff. Mom was the happiest we’ve seen her in years, enjoying the activities and social interactions and especially the kindness of the staff. She was apprehensive about leaving her home and within weeks she had made new friends was brighter and more alert than she’d been at her home, We were so relieved to have her in a safe place and looked forward to our visits. I currently have a family member here and it has been nothing but fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to help them. Staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their food is exceptional as i have ate dinner there a few times. The other residents are also friendly as well and im happy and proud to say our family member lives there.
A family member is now living here. They are great and attentive to them. Also they food service is great!
The Radcliff is like "coming home" for your loved one. So caring, helpful and attentive. Makes it so much easier when I know that my family is surrounded by people who love her and care for her. Any concern is handled immediately, although any concern is extremely rare. Food is amazing, they feel like they are eating at their family's house. The Director is very dedicated to making sure the residents have everything they need and feel loved. Excellent facility with a great staff.
