My mom moved into Courtyard at Centerville’s memory care unit in March 2025. Her initial decline was sudden and we were unsure how to best take care of her. The caregivers at Courtyard have been wonderful and I am happy to say mom is thriving with their care. My parents have been residents of Courtyard of Centerville since April and our experience has been very positive. The staff is wonderful, from the marketing personnel to the nursing and caregiving staff. Everyone has made my parents feel loved and cared for. I am confident that they care for them as I would. I highly recommend the Courtyard. From the moment I met Julie to tour the property and compete the paperwork until recently moving her in from out of state has been an incredible experience. They truly care about the experience for the family and the resident. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff is incredible no matter who you are dealing with. My husband was in Memory Care at Courtyard at Centerville. I want to commend the Memory Care staff who were all so kind to him and to me. His death in December was a result of his Alzheimer’s and was expected. I want to particularly commend the care given to him by caregiver Kayla Horton. Kayla only works weekends but every weekend she was so attentive to him and to me and almost made it feel like coming home when I went in to be with him. All the nurses and nurse aids gave him excellent care but Kayla was special.
A wonderful place for our dad. They’ve been welcoming to him and our family. The facilities are outstanding along with the staff. Julie Papanek helped us get situated and all moved in and has been super helpful along the way. Highly recommend the Courtyard at Centerville.
