I highly recommend the Courtyard. From the moment I met Julie to tour the property and compete the paperwork until recently moving her in from out of state has been an incredible experience. They truly care about the experience for the family and the resident. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff is incredible no matter who you are dealing with. My husband was in Memory Care at Courtyard at Centerville. I want to commend the Memory Care staff who were all so kind to him and to me. His death in December was a result of his Alzheimer’s and was expected. I want to particularly commend the care given to him by caregiver Kayla Horton. Kayla only works weekends but every weekend she was so attentive to him and to me and almost made it feel like coming home when I went in to be with him. All the nurses and nurse aids gave him excellent care but Kayla was special.
A wonderful place for our dad. They’ve been welcoming to him and our family. The facilities are outstanding along with the staff. Julie Papanek helped us get situated and all moved in and has been super helpful along the way. Highly recommend the Courtyard at Centerville.
Excellent Care and Management: My mother has lived at Courtyard of Centerville for over four years. The nurses and caregivers are excellent with her. She is aging now and requires much more assistance in all daily needs. The management team of Anastasia, Courtney, and Kiley quickly and efficiently meant with me to develop a new and better care plan to best serve my mom. Highly disappointed in Encore for raising the rents for all current residents by $700 A MONTH!!!! That is an additional $8400/year, and for what??? This is forcing seniors on limited incomes to seek other places to live. While Encore claims they are 'being competitive' that is debatable due to the lack of quality in the cheap construction of the villa units. From the outside you can literally see inside to an interior bedroom wall via a large bedroom window due to a large crack that wasn't sealed or insulated!? The appliance... read more
