My mom was a resident of Randall during 2023. She passed the first week of 2024. Her estate was due a significant ($4.4k+) refund but Randall is not paying it back.
My father moved into Governor's Pointe in April. My sister and I are so happy that he is there! The staff is kind and professional. Any questions that we have had, have been answered promptly by Noel, the director. Any staff that we have had contact with couldn't be nicer. Dodie, Morgan, Darcy, Jane, Christine, Noel, and Karen are just a few of the staff that work with my dad. He is very happy there, and that was our biggest concern.
