We signed up and found the data is not suited to our business. Asked to cancel after the first time logging in and was told that there is no option to cancel. This is poor practice and set up to hurt small businesses.
Good data and product but their cancellation policy is ridiculous. We have subscribed to them for probably the better part of 10 years. We just don't use their data enough to justify a subscription anymore. We told them in January that we would like to cancel our subscription. They said that they have a 60 day cancellation policy. So they will continue to bill us for the next 2 billing cycles in February and March.
