I brought in my 2003 Ford Excursion 7.3l and after charging me $6,000+ for engine repairs and computer replacement, they told me I needed a new engine doing compression test after repairs when they could have done compression test beforehand. Two days later, I'm stuck driving 35mph or less on I10 through Louisiana to Mississippi where it's been at a shop getting another engine more affordable than Ford's offer of $13,000+ for engine and up to $20,000 including labor.
Installed my parts and done work as I requested. Estimated quote wasn't far off the actual as should be expected. Timeframe and communication was good

Amazing!!!!! I called in about a recall … they found the one I mentioned and a couple others and offered to come out to me to fix them!!!! I was in shock and so so grateful 🥰🥰
