I love this place. In and out with no problems.
Jeremy was very helpful and worked hard to get everything done and the service technician went beyond normal hours to get the truck out.
I received a Recall notice from Ford Motor Co. and scheduled an appointment with Randal Reed’s service department. The Recall item was taken care of by the mobile service Randall Reed provides in my driveway within 3 days after I received the recall notice by an experienced and knowledgeable service technician free of charge. I could not ask for a smoother or better experience from any car dealer within the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Thank You Randall Reed.
