Planet 635 Rocks !!! The people are fantastic always take care of all my service and parts issues ... I will continue to bring my vehicles here .
pro: The manager I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The repair was made. The warranty was honored. con: My car, a PHEV, had to have gas removed before diagnostics could be done, which took extra days, and it was returned minus that gas and without having been charged or run through the car wash. I would have appreciated it being charged and rinsed off.
I installed a towing package on my bronco and thought I was gonna have to wait for a date. They jumped right on it and in a very short time they were finished. They were very professional at the service counter and I was very impressed with everything about what they did.
Great customer service and care. They took care of me from start to finish and provided updates along the way. Service was done on time and I did not have to return for any fix. Thanks again for your excellent work and service.
