NEGATIVE REVIEW BY STEPHEN BUSH IS NOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. He lives in Florida (where there is also a Randall Pool and Randol's Pool). We are located in Minnesota. Our phones are answered by a female, not a male. This person never called our business. Please visit Angie's List to see our "A" rating. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and quality work.
This company was recommended to me by the company removing my old patio. I called and spoke to the guy to schedule a quote. He stated he would have his employee contact me which never happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them again several days later. The same man on the phone stated he would have his employee contact me or he would call me back himself, again that never happened.
