I had to have my right shoulder completely replaced. Dr. Otto explained everything in detail and he, and the staff, are very courteous and helpful. I am very pleased up to this point of my surgery. I'm due back in another week for my two week follow up and remove stitches.
I met with dr Otto bc he was the only one that would touch my reverse shoulder replacement. He is an excellent dr. I went in scared to death of the pain and it wasn’t anything I thot it would be. He has an excellent staff to help u through any problems u may have. Thank u Dr Otto. U r a wonderful doctor. When the left one heals up ill then go and have my right one done.
When I couldn't even raise my right arm above my waist, Dr. Randall Otto made a difference in the way that I could move my arm with only one exercise. He told me that he wasn't going to give me any more exercises. He repaired a torn rotator cuff and a shoulder reversal. Now I can use my arm without pain.
Everyone was professional and caring. Dr. Otto took time to explain everything involved in the procedure and answered all my questions.
