Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very knowledgable and they listen to you! Have been going to the Ruffs for 30yrs. When they closed the Flint office I decided to start going to the Bay City office. It is extremely hard to find a good dentist. Once you go here chances are you will never go elsewhere.

I paid for my dentures out of pocket and Randall told me that he would fix them anytime they broke. The first time they broke he did fix them but they break quite a bit they have broke about a dozen times and he sent them out and it cost me over 100 dollars everytime they broke. They broke again and now he says he will not deal with my dentures cause of who my dad is. This is some petty bullshit and very unprofessional. Now I have to find a new dentist and wait til they can get me in and until then all I can eat is very soft... read more

This is my oldest son's dentist we had visited yesterday for a plan on fixing a front tooth. Overall it was a pleasant experience for the child! From the fun and kind aids that work there to the dentist himself all represented themselves well. The office is on a first floor, clean kept and comfortable waiting room with reading materials, even a toy box for the children when they're done.
