Poor communication, poor service and very slow to action anything. Kim constantly made excuses for not making contact and blaming others or systems for her failures. It took her six weeks just to commence a supreme court bail application and made promises she couldn’t keep. She was happy to take $10,000 upfront, but the return on investment was not forthcoming.
