My appointment was cancelled twice, including one cancellation just 3 hours before the scheduled time. This level of disregard for patients is completely unprofessional.
I just want to point out to the person that gave the ONLY negative review, I am clearly not a doctor but for a skin issue, a dermatologist, maybe? Also why would you go to a family medicine doctor for a pap smear?! Gynecologist perhaps? Again, I'm no expert. Dr. Perkerewicz is that word i just mentioned, gynecologist, and he is amazing. A family medicine doctor, like Dr. Kenninger here, is an expert in all general health for any average human being. A gynecologist would be an expert for all female health issues. Dr. Kenninger has been our family physician for over a decade. He is calm and collected even when we aren’t sometimes. He has taken our thoughts into consideration on a multitude of varying factors and through several changes in our family care and needs. We are grateful for his care and flexibility.
I told Dr Kenninger about a skin issue I was having and he said "yeah that's going to be an uphill battle" then gave absolutely no solutions. He then proceeded to give me the most painful pap I've ever gotten, stopping at one point to blame my cervix for "not cooperating" as I was clearly in pain. I left the appointment in pain and remained that way the rest of the day. Additionally, I received a very curt voicemail from his nursing staff today regarding trying to refill a prescription. Dr Kenninger is real! He understands and wants to help, diagnose, and get you back to healthy. He has a great bedside manor and actually listens to you.
